Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We welcome worldwide orders. Currently we ship to: Canada, China, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please contact us at info@petitezoo.com.
Q: How will I know when my order has been shipped?
A: You'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link once it's being shipped.
Q: How soon will I get my order?
A: We will ship between 1-5 business days after your order date. Transit time [for Hong Kong orders] averages 1-2 days. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. Please contact us to inquire about expedited shipping.
Q: Will I be charged customs fees?
A: Please note that in some countries buyers may need to pay import charges (including tax and custom fees) when purchasing items from another country. Our invoice price has NOT yet included any tax or customs fees as we are not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees. For details on import charges, please check with your local customs agency.
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and payment by PayPal. We authorize PayPal as a payment gateway service provider, please visit here for details on PayPal security policy.
Q: Do you offer gift wrap?
A: Yes! All items are eligible for gift wrapping. With just USD1 per order, we wrap your gift with high quality ribbon and paper. On the cart page, you can select this wrapping service by checking the box. We can also provide a gift receipt with a personal note (free of charge) instead of/in addition to gift wrap.
