We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. While we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at order@petitezoo.com within 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

 

We will review the case and if it is approved we will send a replacement. You will also be given further instructions to return the item after the review is approved. Please do not return anything before that. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not subject to return. 


We will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. To guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we will use a trackable shipping service. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Petite Zoo reserves the right to change the terms of the above without prior notice, and reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
